• Provide direct phone numbers so you can get directly to
the person you need to speak with.
• Return all calls and e-mail messages the same day, or at the
latest, the following business day, in the morning.
• Commit to an open philosophy;
• This means we will provide you
with an annual statement showing your claims experience.
• Where possible, your claims
history will be made available on a more frequent basis.
• Some of the insurers we use allow audits of their books. You
can be assured that your claims are your claims.
• Arrange all meetings at your convenience and location.
• Provide direct links to all insurers to assist you with claims
inquiries.
• Present all renewals in your office, in person. Where possible,
alternatives will always be presented.
• Use specialists to ensure that all tax and legal issues are

• In cases where tax professionals are used, there will be no
added cost to you.
• Help you with any claims and coverage questions you or your
employees may have.
• Where appropriate, we will provide employee meetings to roll
out the benefits, or update and train new employees.
• Where employees are concerned, we will provide access to individual
insurance representatives, and mortgage brokers to assist with personal
coverage.
Our service will meet your expectations. If you have special needs,
always feel free to inform our professionals. We will attempt to meet
your needs, and if not, we will help guide you to the correct people.
